"i-detect" System Requirements

The program works with Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP and requires a screen resolution of 800 x 600 or higher. We recommend a processor speed of greater than 500 mhz.

"i-detect" and Vista

Date: 5/2/08

We will be releasing a free upgrade shortly that will support the Vista operating system. If you do install your 2.0-2.2 version on a Vista computer be aware there is a problem with record deletion on some systems. In some cases when you try to delete a record, multiple records may be deleted. We recommend waiting until we finish the 3.0 upgrade before deleting any records.

Software Patches for "i-detect"

Ginkgoware Version:
We've got an update that adds some requested items for our customers in the UK. This patch allows you to display your values in Pounds or Dollars and to record your GPS co-ordinates in the British National Grid format or latitude and longitude. This patch is for our retail version and not for the version we did for White's (White's i-detect).

White's Version:
This patch corrects a problem with White's version 2.1.0. Detector program settings information would sometimes be lost if another program was saved or deleted. This patch will fix the problem and update your version to 2.1.2. Download the patch and click on it to install the patch.
